We will refund the full amount of security deposit if you leave the room as clean as the first day of your stay.

Please understand that it may take up to two weeks from your check-out date to process the deposit refund, and it may take longer depending on your credit card company.

Also, it may take a while to show up on your account.

Please let us know if the deposit refund does not show up on your account after two weeks from the check out date.

チェックアウト日から2週間経ってもデポジットの払い戻しがご自身のアカウントに表示されない場合は、お知らせください。
