1 Make a Choice!!
Check our Ranking Pages and other special featured pages. Or search by date, room type, number of people and so on!! Check the pictures, movies and reviews, too. Compare the prices with other hotel and vacation rentals.
If you stay in a hotel, you cannot choose the exact unit, but you can choose your own room in our vacation rentals! Pick up the unit you think the best for the next trip.
Some properties has the minium stay days limitation like 2, 6, or 30 nights.
Also we are not allowed the reservation within 2 days from now.
2 Make a Reservation
Make a reservation through our website. There is a quick automatic quote before you make a reservation. So, check the price, terms and conditions, and cancel policies.
You may chose if you pay $3,000 security deposit in advance or buy the CSA vacation rental damage protection insurance(Non Refundable Security Deposit Waiver).
We will deduct any damages from the deposit and the credit card fees before refunding the deposit. The deposit will be refunded 21 days after checking out. Even for those who purchased CSA vacation rental damage protection, those damages caused intentionally, with gross negligence, we still charge the damage and penalty to the credit card you have provided when you make a reservation. Also, if the insurance cannot cover the damage, we charge the damage and penalty to the credit card you have provided when you make a reservation.

If you make a reservation, we will send the instructions within 2 days. Please read carefully and keep the info when you come to Hawaii.
3 Arrival
The key is located at the designated place in the condo. Or pick up keys in our office. Those who have never used vacation rentals may worry about check-in and check-out. But once you experience, it would be very easy. Experience how easy it is.
4 Your Stay in Hawaii
Just enjoy your stay in our vacation rentals. Feel Aloha in each units. If you have any questions during your stay, please contact by phone or email. Unlike hotel, the concierge service, daily cleaning, and etc are not included in our service. However, if you want to stay as if you live in your home, you can enjoy our vacation rentals. Our rooms are synchronized with the mother nature of Hawaii. 100% Konna drip coffee (4 serves) comes with each room. Enjoy coffee in your room or balcony.
5 Check Out!
Check out is very simple. Just lock the room and return the key to the designated place. Check out time is 11 am. Do not leave any stuffs, keys and memories inside the unit. Come back to our vacation rentals. Stay at Lei Hawaii again. This site guarantees the Best Rate!
Little bit more about the Payment.
1. Payment Schedule
1. Reservation made 60 Days before Check in.
1st Payment will be when you make a reservation with us.
Travel cost（night fee,cleaning fee,travel insurance,etc) of 50%＋ Security Deposit or (Optional) Non Refundable Deposit Waiver Fee (CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection) or (Optional) CSA Travel Insurfance.
2nd Payment will be charged to your credit card you provided 60 days before the check-in date.
2. Reservation within 60 Days before Check in.
We will charge all the fees to your credit card you provide at the day of the booking.
* You may choose to pay the refundable security deposit ($3,000) or non refundalbe deposit waiver. Non refundable deposit waiver is the CSA damage protection insurance. Please read carfully about the insurance before you choose to buy it. If we cannot cover the damages within the the CSA damage protection fee for the damage, we will charge the fees or penalty to the credit card the guests used when they made a reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
１．Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay.
There is a $ 200 cancellation fee from the time of booking.
We will refund your credit card the amount you paid, minus the cancellation fee of $ 200.
* For the CSA damage protection fee, please consule with CSA directly about the refund.
２．Bookings canceled at within 30 days to 59 days before the start of stay.
There is a 50% refund.
3．Bookings canceled at least 29 days before the start of stay.
No refund.
*We will deduct the credit card fee (5％) from the refunded fees.
* For the CSA damage protection fee, please consul with CSA directly about the refund.
