WiFI?? No Wifi and Internet?

Yes, we have all WIFI in all our vacation rental units!!

OMG. You cannot use the internet....

Try #1. Check if the SSID and Password are Correct

There are SSID and password listed inside the booklet in the room. Or you may find them in the instruction we have sent before you come to Hawaii.

Make sure they are correctly input in your smartphone.

#2. Turn off and on the Device

There is a router and related device inside the room.  Probably nearby the TV or any outlets. If you do not know how to turn off and on, just unplug it. Wait for a while till you plug it.

#3. There might be a maintenance

If you could use it until yesterday, you may check the condominium security. There might be the maintenance going on.
