But, if you prefer to explore more of Waikiki or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options. There is a bus stop located 3 minutes from the Pacific Monarch building, which can take you to new surfing, snorkeling, shopping or sightseeing locations. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby, which can be used to explore Waikiki.
You will definitely enjoy all of the perks of the Island Colony condo itself, which offers a nice pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, BBQ and mini shop. - all at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in central Waikiki.

Pest Control Schedule

Aloha Owners and Agents, Pest Control is provided by the AOAO every month. It usually takes place on the last Monday of the month but it may change due to holidays. The next pest control is scheduled for Monday, February 24. Notice is posted in the elevators the week prior. The pest control company, Ecolab will be escorted by maintenance to each unit. They start at about noon from the top floor and go down. It takes only a few minutes in each unit. They use a safe, odor free spray. To keep pests completely out of the building, it is important to allow access to the pest control technician. Please notify your guests in advance of this procedure. If your unit has a key pad lock, please provide us with the door code If you would like to opt out of this service this time, please let us know in response to this email We are unable to schedule an alternative date if your unit is not serviced this time. We make the price very low compared to other hotels and vacation rentals. We want you to stay long and enjoy Hawaii more. Please understand we will provide the best service as well as basic supplies; however, we are not hotel. We try our best within the room rate we have received from you and sometimes we cannot provide the service like hotel. For example, when you check in, please find the condominium and check in by yourself. We will not be able to help the check in. Sorry.. but we will make the room rate low.

TO ALL GUESTS REGARDING DRAIN LINES, TOILETS, AND SEWER LINES. Be very careful of what you flush down the toilet and send down the drains. Recently, our drain lines have been burdened with many items that should never be flushed down any toilet. We all know the basic no-no's of what not to flush, but these latest items are entirely avoidable and causing much damage, such as scouring pads, diapers, large numbers of wipes and even a soda can!
